One of the things I'm very very passionate about, one of the things that my company is committed to doing and to initiating is the idea of taking leadership as people who are living in the world with HIV. Here in the UK we have specific laws and legislation which protect our human rights. And with the advent of Combination Therapy, I feel the time is right for us to significantly take leadership in the world. To significantly increase our profiles as people who are living with HIV. People with HIV are not just gay men, not just people from Africa, are not just injecting drug users. People with HIV come from all walks of life. People with HIV are lawyers, doctors, are nurses, are police officers, are garbage collectors, they come from all walks of life. They are black, white, Italian, French, African, American, from all ethnic origins. And so I feel its time, and certainly in the UK and I'm very committed to developing leadership internationally, to actually begin to promote and provide programs to develop leadership of people with HIV and support people with HIV in continuing that process. So my company has developed a range of leadership programs for people with HIV which we are currently delivering to a number of organizations who support people living with HIV here in the UK. And we are also involved at the moment in initiating the development of a nationwide leadership program here in the UK.
