Many gay men feel that the only risk in becoming
HIV infected is through unprotected anal intercourse.
Very few of us share needles thank God. And
so they feel "OK, we won't fuck, but we'll
have oral sex, blow jobs, we'll give head."
Admittedly, there is a lower risk, but it's
not safe sex. It's not "no risk." It's not
just HIV, it's whatever else he's got. It's
hepatitis, syphilis is a big one, that's one
of the major causes of, the roots of oral
infection. And HIV and syphilis together are
killers. If you've ever been to a hospital,
and I have, too many times, you cannot tell
AIDS dementia from syphilitic dementia, they're
more or less the same. So when you put him

hepatitis, you're risking syphilis, gonorrhea,

say there are very few cases compared to those
who get infected through anal sex, and that's
true, but you might just be one of those unfortunate
cases. You might not just get HIV, or might
not even get HIV co-infection, reinfection,
or HIV naive, HIV for the first time if you're
HIV naive ... what you will get is whatever
he's got, coming straight at you. It's like
putting a loaded gun into your mouth. You're
not playing Russian Roulette because every
barrel is loaded. You don't know who this

 if you're not using condoms, that's what
some people use as lubricants, feces, to use
the scientific term. But if you put that into
your mouth do you know what you're getting
in your mouth? Put "feces" into Google. It'll
tell you what it contains. So, it's not just
a pleasurable blow job; it's ... you're having
sex with something that is the most diseased
thing you can imagine. And even if he washes
it, and rinses it, and puts bath oil and all
sorts of things on it to make it smell sweet,
doesn't affect the cellular nature of what
you're taking in because that's inside, that's
at the cellular level. It's not on the outside.
You can't look at it and say "That's healthy."
You can't tell because it's encoded within

you're taking in. And because most people
don't clean up before sex anyway you're having
